Upcoming Crops, Classes and events at the store

National Scrapbooking Day Celebration was so much fun and we raised alot of money for the charity event. Thanks to everyone who participated by bringing in food, tables, chairs and puchasing extra tickets for drawings. With your help we did some wonderful things for those in need and had a fun time doing it.

Cheryl Mezzetti is Teaching at A Memory to Scrap May 5th & May 6th

Cheryl Mezzetti is a nationally acclaimed Scrapbook artist. She works for Creative Imagination. She is doing a national tour teaching classes, and she has chosen A Memory to Scrap as one of the spots on her tour. In coordination with taking Cheryl's class, each attendee will have access to a special large section of Creative Imagination products that will be sold at wholesale (my cost) prices.

While visiting us, Cheryl will teach 3 different classes. All classes will last 3 hours. There is a supply list for each class. Upon payment you will provided this list. All items on the supply list will be available for purchase in the store. All classes MUST be paid for before the day of the class. If you want the experience but do not have the time, kits are available.

May 5th at 6 pm - Inspired Traveler! $48

Create this beautiful 5" x 8" travel book using the new Art Warehouse Inspired Traveler Collection. This finished project is filled with some fun surprises and techniques! The finished project is perfect for a upcoming vacation or even a day trip!

The class includes alot of different techniques , some vintage crepe papers, and even a technique to make their own flowers. Not one to be missed.

Using items from Pink Paislee, Prima, Petaloo, and much more, Cheryl, creates a wonderful album for mothers, spring, or a wedding gift. How can it not be fun when it is pink and black?

Spring Garage Sale May 8th from 10 to 3

Looking for some great deals on scrapbbooking supplies? We will have 23 vendors selling items this Saturday wow what a great shopping experience. We will begin giving at tickets for shopping at 9am. Bring your own bags and baskets for holding your great finds.

Crops in May, June, and July

We now have room for 30 croppers. There is plenty of space, so e-mail me at to reserve a spot. Crop fee is due at signup. The calendar through July is online now. We are accepting reservations for May now.

Friday crops are $5 and Saturday and Sunday crops are $10. Payment is due at sign up. We offer a frequent cropper program also when you pay for 10 crops, your 11th crop is free. Cropping is free during regular store hours when we do not have a scheduled crop.

Classes in May and June

May 5th and 6th - Cheryl Mezzetti with Creative Imaginations

May 13 at 6 pm - Brittney's Layout Class $20 - Using Pink Paislee Brittney creates a fun class featuring lime, concord, and black Ever wonder what to do this those shaped edged papers, she will teach one way to use them

May 27th at 11 am & 6 pm -Tumbling Block class $30 - If you have been in the store in the last month, you have probably played with the demo for this class. If not, you need to come and see this cool project. Based on Graphic 45 paper Abby has created this flip block album that is the perfect gift for any dad or man in your life. In true Abby Style, she has created templates that you can use to make more of these albums. Some special items are needed for this class.

June 3rd at 6 pm - Page Lay Out with Linda $20 - More details to follow

June 8th at 11 am and 6 pm - Coffee Filter Album - Abby is at it again. Using the Cinch, coffee filters,and several wonderful flowers, Abby creates and awsome summer time book with hidden spots and full of goodies.

Now Open 2 Tuesdays a Month

Based on the number of requests we have received for more hours, we are trying this out. We will be open for shopping and free cropping on May 11th and 25th from 10 am to 3 pm.

Crop Sign Up Policy

Reservations for crops will be made via e-mail to . You can only reserve spots for yourself and 3 other people. Your e-mail should include the names of all the people you are reserving for. Your e-mail also needs to include a phone number where you can be reached. Finally your e-mail should say whether you are coming in the store to pay for the crops or would you like to pay by credit card. I will e- mail you back to let you know that you got in the crop.
